Tell Us About Your Dress: The Linda dress is what dreams are made of: the silliouhette of the dress complimented my body-type, the 3D floral details gave it that whimsical flare, and the combination of the soft lace appliqué and tulle made the dress so ethereal! In other words - the dress is perfection! I also love how convertible this dress is as well. In one dress; I had a ceremony look, a dinner look and a party look! There’s a detachable liner for the bodice (that I’ve removed after the reception dinner), and a bolera that I’ve repurposed as removable off the shoulder straps.

Why did you choose a Randy Fenoli Bridal Dress (we can't wait to hear): I must have tried on over 20 dresses from four different stores, and the Linda dress by Randy Fenoli was the only dress that genuinely took me by surprise. It had design elements that I never even considered, but after putting it on, I fell in love, and I didn’t want to take it off.

Prior to searching for my wedding dress, many of my friends have advised me to only “say yes to the dress” that made me feel like a princess. The Linda dress, though, made me feel like a queen! And when something makes you feel that way, it’s instant win! The look and feel of the dress, coupled by the my overall experience at Kleinfeld (Toronto), was just one for the books. I was also one of the lucky brides-to-be who had the opportunity to meet Randy during his trunk show at Kleinfeld Toronto back in September 2017. To have Randy, whom I’ve admired and watched growing up, be a part of my wedding journey, and for me to be able to share that experience with my family, was an incredible honour!

Tell Us Your Proposal Story - We're sure it's dreamy!: Our wedding journey started on Canada’s 150th birthday (July 1, 2017) at a small park in Mississauga, where we had our second date. It was a sweet, quaint and simple proposal, and I wouldn’t have it any other way. Andrew took me to the most private spot in park and told me he had something for me. He pulled a pebble out of his pocket, and asked me “would you be my penguin partner?” (male penguins are known to give their intended companions with a pebble). At this point, I had no idea that he was proposing. I was simply confused and distracted by the pebble. While distracted, he went down on his knee, and asked me to be his wife.

Any Advice For Other Couples?: Build your marriage on love, trust and respect. Always communicate and actively listen to one another, and take the extra step to understand each other’s love language and learn how to speak it. Resolve any issues you have before you sleep, and don’t forget to laugh.
